Designwerk named winners of the 'Event Look' category
We are delighted to announce that Designwerk have been named winners of the 'Event Look' category for the UEFA Europa League Final 2011 at the International Sports Event Management Awards 2011.
There were a good number of entries for this particular category and all of a very high standard, so we were extremely proud to have accepted this prestigious award.
The Event Look Award was awarded to the entry that most effectively presented a major sports event both inside and outside the venue. Judges gave considerable attention to the spectator view of the event within the stadium and its surrounding environment. Judges were also looking for examples of how Designwerk integrated the ‘look’ and captured the spirit and image of the event, in particular the consistency of the identity across a variety of on-site mediums such as stadium dressing, outdoor media, posters, tickets, mobile advertising, kiosks, web sites, signage etc.
